Rotherham United (The Millers) are going to Wembley - again!

Like most, I can't claim to be a 'Life Long Miller', but I can say I will be a ' Miller for the rest of my life'. I became a fan about 7 years ago, first watching the Millers at Don Valley Stadium accompanied by my youngest daughter. When we scored and The Chelsea Dagger (by the Fratellis) rang out, we were hooked.

Our little team of supporters grew in size and my wife and eldest daughter became passionate football fans and before we knew it, our social circle expanded and so did our socialising. We can't turn around in the pub these days, without bumping into our football friends and family.

We watched the New York stadium rise along with the Reds as they achieved double promotion under Steve Evans - the cheer could be heard at Rotherham as the Millers fought back from 2-0 (never before done) against Leyton Orient at Wembley. Now we face it again, this time against Shrewsbury Town under Paul Warne - Our once fitness coach who bravely stepped up to the role of manager - Warniola (we've got - Warniola, we've got - Warniola ).

The team is full of talent. It is difficult to choose our best players and I'll not mention them here as I simply can't praise the lads enough. They all have their own song and each deserves it.

I believe the team as a whole deserves a song and so does our fab venue, The New York stadium that dominates our lovely town (take a good look at some of the architecture if you don't agree).

So here is my own efforts (sung to the tune of colours of day).

Red is our Blood, Red is our shirt

when you play the Millers it's going to hurt
